Genuinely the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Employees are rude for no reason
I've ordered a trenta pink drink with no ice on multiple occasions, and they either give me ice or leave empty space in the cup. Today, the put ice in the mixer before remembering I said no ice and then when I got my drink, there was a gap from the liquid to the lid, and they were getting ready to close so I don't know why they couldn't have just poured in a little extra milk so it wasn't so obvious they didn't fill the cup. I am giving 5 star today because they made my caramel macchiato so good, its the 1st time they made it this good so , idk who made it but this is best i have had from them !!!
This is the worst customer service the big guy and big girl are both rude this was my last straw
