Worst customer service. I waited 15 mins just for a chocolate croissant. The girls are sweet but the white big guy has some issues. I waited for so long so i just tried to grab my order from the other side, he yelled at me in-front of all the people. He was angry at me for no reason. He shouted even after I left. He perfectly ruined my day.

They mess up with the orders sometimes i asked for hot latte and they gave me cold👍

I am a student and I come here for lunch sometimes. I have celiac disease and asked if their egg bites contained gluten. They told me "We cant guarantee anything is gluten free." which is a typical thing I hear. So I asked "Okay, do the egg bites contain gluten ingredients though?" and they said "We don't know." I ended up having to google the ingredients myself while she stood there and just watched me instead of checking. They hate to do their job at this location.

I had the worst experience at this Starbucks location. I came in, ordered my coffee like usual, and was shocked when the white guy working at the front accused me of showing "attitude." I was respectful and only asked for my order, but he was rude, scolded me, and even refused to serve me! I left without the coffee I wanted, and it completely ruined my day.
