I ordered a Venti Iced Americano with a shot of Blonde espresso with Nondairy lavender cold foam. Somehow they managed to give me that BUT with 6 white mocha. I don't even know what 6 white mocha means but I do know that I'm lactose intolerant! Tried calling to rectify the situation but they don't answer and you can't leave messages. My work day is going to be extremely uncomfortable and I don't like leaving bad reviews!
This is my favorite starbucks to visit in the city!!! Everytime i order from this location the service is immaculate!!! The warm welcomes and fast service is why I keep coming back. Not to mention everyone is in a good mood and happy to be at work. Keep up the good job!
