Great Customer Service
The free refill policy is on their table but they refused to give me a free refill of a hot brew because my first order is not a hot brew. Per Starbucks policy, the free refill policy applies regardless of the original drink. I also chatted with an online agent and she confirmed that, but what can I do with them? The manager also said that they are with Hilton and they are not a corporation of Starbucks.. Some workers are friendly, some are not. Was supposed to open at 5:30 A.M., they did not! SMH
Swung by in the evening while I was in town this past week to pick up a drink in the evening. It was great and service was wonderful. However there was strong smell of body odour in the vicinity. It wasn't near the counter so I don't think it was the baristas. It also wasn't there when I first walked in. I think it might be the security guard that works there. They showed up after I came in.
Nice atmosphere and good service . Can get busy during the morning rush hour and if there is a conference going on then expect even greater delays. Staff seemed to be doing a decent job keeping up . Location is good inside the Hilton hotel for a quick snack and cup of coffee
