I’ve thrown my towel in on this company . Some of the baristas rush and don’t listen to what the customer says on how they want a drink made . It’s disappointing. Starbucks is selling a lot ideas without cohesive ingredients. If you are looking for real matcha stick to small cafes that actually use care, and ceremonial matcha. The kids that work here listen to foul mouthed music loudly. Trashy.
This is the worst Starbucks location to order a drink—the service is terrible after 8:30 AM. I always order my drink at 7 AM and have never had to wait more than half an hour.
Workers get there at 5 am , love that i can get coffee early in the morning
