Was close to the hotel I stayed.
HORRIBLE!!! I tried to get a Java Chip Frappachino. Kristen told me 3 times "Only if you can give me the recipe." I complained to corporate and they would not even email me the recipe. He sent me to a website with a description of the drink. USELESS!!!
This has to be the worst starbucks I have been to. Waited in line for 20 mins ordered 3 drinks. While waiting 1 drink came out then 5 mins later another, then I politely ask for them to make my last drink as many peoples drinks that ordered after me came out. They told me they were working on it. The reason the drinks were coming out as ordered was because they were grabbing a bunch of the same style drinks and batch making. 25min wait and barely a half cup of coffee. Terrible experience!
