My spouse & I were the only in line waiting 10+ minutes without an acknowledgement. One person stood in line behind us... the moment I stepped away because I wasn't certain how much more of a wait there would be, the barista literally dropped what she was doing and helped that customer. Perhaps it wasn't personal nor intentional but it sure felt that way. Would not recommend had three staff working extremely slow and I needed to leave my drink because I was going to be late for work would not recommend!!
I just want to give a huge shout-out to John this Thursday morning, 05/30/2024, for his awesome customer service 👏🏻 I appreciate people who take the time out to be kind, and those kinds of people deserve recognition! ❤️
