Not nice of you to mistreat a lady and selling coffee. I’ll be here for the next few days and I’ll be avoiding you!
There is an employee who treats his customers very badly; he is rude and speaks offensively.
Depending on the staff this is the slowest Starbucks I been to. However there is maybe 3 staff members who go above and beyond New rating - from 2 star to 1. We ordered a traveler an hour in advanced. We come to pick it up at the store No one greets us , we’re told “hold on” after we decided to get someone’s attention. 10 minutes later we receive our traveler with no lid on the coffee box , no milk sugar or cups. Secaucus should come and train this location. 🙄
Doors are locked. Walk-ins aren't allowed. Drive-thru only.
