Customer service before 8am is very poor. Often drink cups are not full, long wait times and they don’t honor requests and argue with customers.
Staff is rude and doesn’t want to be bothered. Drinks take forever as they are too busy talking and having a good time.
The associate Junior was preparing food with so much speed! It really reminded me of Sonic and that made my day! Great teamwork to him and his colleagues for making our day smooth sailing.
Very slow and bad customer service. After I had ordered I had gotten 3 out of the 4 things I had ordered, we waited for another 20 mins, and when I asked if my coffee would almost be done the barista responded in a nasty way.
