The new building is beautiful! However, experience with staffing is often lack luster. I had a negative drive through experience, in which the employee had no customer service skills. Opened the window only to stare at me expectantly, provided no greeting, gave me no total. When I informed her I had more items I was waiting for she abrasively stated “yeah I know” and walked away. THEY REALLY SUCK AT MAKING COFFEE!!!
As a previous partner, I know the grind can be a lot for our baristas. But making someone’s day by being naturally you is what I always shared my appreciation towards. Jaylani (I hope I spelled that correctly) was a pure delight and made my special build wonderfully. She was smiles ear to ear and I wanted to say thank you to all you guys for having such beautiful energy. Recognize your baristas!!
