Always on point
Me and my family put in a group order online that cost us around $60. When we went to pick up our order a half hour after putting in the order, the entire order had been taken by someone else. They have no system that separates online orders from in store orders. We were fine with waiting while they remade our food, but the workers refused to do so and insisted we already got our food. I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks until walking into this location. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.
My son wanted to try the viral Spiderman drink and they did not disappoint! Shaliza took care of us and was the artist behind this masterpiece! She absolutely knocked it out of the park on this one & the cookie monster drink we got last time 🤪 lol. Thank you so much!
