This is so upsetting. They gave me a smaller cup for my order then they gave me Venti with full of ice just to make it look like more. I told them there’s no taste, no sweetness in it then she added some syrup in it. Still no taste. I just added 3 Splenda just so I can have the drink. After few sips, showing more than half of ice on my cup in the photo. Not worth it! So upsetting with this location! And they can’t even accept complaint. Can’t even handle it! The girls at Starbucks are amazing! I placed a rather large order and not only was everything correct, it was also super quick AND they took the time to draw these cutesy puppies on some of our cups because they noticed we were from the puppy store! Amazing! Thank you guys :)
My small plain l iced atte was $7. It was good, but not THAT good. Extra points for not upcharging me for oat milk though! Oh, in case maps doesn't update this: it's a tiny Starbucks inside Macy's, upstairs but the north entrance.
Idk what this review is on about since they were children mad they ordered a cup of water and a cup of ice at a coffee shop, I was there when this was and neither lady rolled their eyes, if this is your second time ordering something like this and they remember you I wouldn’t get mad if they found it funny you were doing this. Its not that serious lmao, it was funny reading your review so props, anyways good service and enjoyed my time here at this location ❤️✌️
this is the second time this is happening and i am very upset. My friend and I ordered 2 tall pink drinks with no ice, a water, and a venti cup of ice. As soon as i ordered the lady rolled her eyes at me and looked to her coworker and very obviously judging us. She asked me rudely if i ment to get a cup of ice and water and i said yes and then she rolled her eyes. She made my pink drink and I never recieved my water.
