I normally have a pleasant experience at this location. Not recently. and not today. Don’t go in there if you need to charge your phone, And your phone is your primary form of payment. Oh, and also don’t be an undesirable demographic. I think that’s probably most important. I was pressured the moment I walked in the door to order or get out. I had to charge my phone. that’s gonna take at least 20 minutes. I visited this Starbucks about six months ago and have contemplated leaving a review, but I feel it's time to share my experience. When I walked in, I was the only customer in line, yet I stood there for nearly five minutes while a female manager with dark brown hair and an employee stood in front of me chatting. Not once did they acknowledge me—not even a simple "Hi" or "I'll be right with you." Eventually, a different employee came over to take my order. This Starbucks still has a lounge, where you can sit inside and outside!

I like all the staff and even the supervisors. They care about who comes in, even saying hello, certain people by their first name bases.
