Does not matter what time of day it is you can’t get a black cup of coffee in less then 15 mins. Maybe they need to drink some coffee! And move faster or find a better system.
Lines always long. Menu is made for ants, size 16 font 10 feet away from the customers.
They all need to have a better, more-smiley attitude towards the Asian male population on campus right now since we are some of the biggest customer bases in the world. If you're not gonna provide friendly customer service towards EVERYBODY (and not just only to white kids), then get the fk out of the customer service industry !!! Asian males: do not give this place any business !!!
