The workers here are very rude and just seem miserable with their job. Feels like ur just bothering them when giving them ur order. They are also out of a lot of items here and when they tell u that they’re out they tell u in a very snarky attitude and cut u off.
The employees at the store are lazy and rude couldn’t even be bothered to come from back room just yelling that’s Starbucks policy ! I called Starbucks and it’s indeed not the policy to refuse to serve someone for no reason the staff needs to be replaced if they can’t be bothered to serve customers
i went into this store that to get a glass of water which i offered to pay for and they refused to sell me the cup of water unless i bought something.... i have come to to this frys for over 5 years and never been refused a glass of water especially during a heat wave in az !!!! them telling me it was starbucks policy is ridiculous! Do better!
Wouldn't know about the food. Service was so dismissive, we left after standing around for a few minutes while the employees chatted instead of acknowledging us. It was clear they didn't want to work and were feigning ignorance to the line forming. Or maybe it was something else
I was refused water on the hottest day of the year of 2025 I got coffee from them this morning but on the hottest day of the year they refused me ice water
