Asked if they take cash, they said yes but the one guy who knows how to work the register was around a nearby table. He said he was on break and put his head back down while the lady at cash proceeded to laugh in my face. Highly unprofessional.
This 1 star is for one particular GenZ employee who just doesn’t speak. I got my food right away; however, waited over 20 min for a simple Americano. Asked where my drink was after waiting over 10 min and everyone before and after me got their orders. She just looked at me, looked on the screen and walked away. Water if I ordered on the app is $3.35 for a bottle. Going to counter it was $6.85 a bottle.
This review is for the small Starbucks on the lower level, near gate 71. The staff were great, but there were limited fresh food options and the latte was too hot and scalded my tongue. This has happened at several Starbucks over the years, hence I avoid them. They should put a temperature limit on their machines. I can’t stand Starbucks, but they seem to have a monopoly on LGA and if you don’t prefer diner/American coffee, you really don’t have a choice.
Overprized and Not even a seating area.
