Awful service. Couldn't even make my coffee right. Pick up storefront that wants you to download the app for speed. Skip this one
I almost never take the time to write a negative review, but unfortunately my experience at this Starbucks at LaGuardia Airport was extremely disappointing. The line was very long, yet the staff seemed completely unconcerned about the number of customers waiting. Service was incredibly slow, and at one point two employees repeatedly went in and out of the storage area while the line continued to grow. FYI - no oatmeal here. Discontinued
By far the worst service at a Starbucks or just about anywhere for that matter. Flying out of terminal C, I have visited this location twice and forgot about how bad the service was until going the second time. The employees there are always too busy talking and joking with each other to even notice you’re right in front of them trying to place an order. Then very rude and on top of that they messed up my order both times. And it’s just a Chai latte 😂.
