The price listed for my drink was $6 but when they rang me up it was 9$ wth?! And then after I walked away I realized they gave me a Brown sugar shake. Expresso instead of a hazelnut. They never gave me a receipt so I couldn't even show them they got my order wrong. If you're gonna overcharge me then at least eat the damn drink right
Nneither starbucks had any seating. The nearby restaurant kicked me out
Tried paying with cash ,they wouldn't take it . Tip for someone taking my order super enforced . What happen to costumer service ? Cashier gave me the ugliest look and attitude.
It was terrible. They forgot my order. And I ordered a cold caramel brulee latte with extra whip. But I received cold caramel brûlée without whip after 30 minutes. Then I told I said extra whip. Next I received hot caramel brûlée latte. Next they put in the hot drink with whip without topping ice.Menu picture has whip and topping. If you go there, you must be lost your flight.
