Probably one of the worst experiences at a Starbucks. Employees were completely disengaged from helping customers. Waited for nearly 30 minutes and got to the register only to be told there was no cold brew or ice coffee available, although I saw several customers with the EXACT same drink I was trying to order right before I got to the register, and several after me as well. Terrible experience on 9/8/26 at around 4:50AM, I ordered a Pumpkin Latte, tasted nothing like the pumpkin latte, and was missing the whip cream. Went back they did not make me a new drink and added all the missing spices, and ingredients. There was 2 guys making the hot drink? Only the asian guy was nice and helped making it right, but the other guy did a terrible job and basically served me warm milk.
I normally travel with Laird Superfood Instafuel in my Starbucks container mug . Today I stopped at this Starbucks and asked for a grande steamer made with half almond milk and half coconut milk. I specifically explained that there was already Instafuel powder in my mug and asked them not to empty it. Unfortunately, the cashier who I placed the order with poured everything out and returned the mug with only the steamed milk. It was frustrating because I had clearly explained what I wanted.
