Have you ever watched people just stand and purposefully not look towards or help customers? Well here you can! The manager came out of his office, looked around, saw that, came up to me at the counter and then started trying to plug in his phone and get it to charge. Literally right in front of me, no acknowledgement of me whatsoever. I eventually walked away without ordering. Had and awful experience at this Starbucks an employee which I believe his name is Malcolm due to a receipt I have (he has dreadlock style hair). I was ordering he has no sense of customer service he said rudely to stop talking. While taking my order he asked for a bathroom break, when he came back I was still waiting for a cookie and a brownie and he rudely told me he said there was no brownies when he did not mention this while ordering.
