The worst starbucks in henrico county. Slow, rude, and disrespectful. never again.
This Starbucks use to be my favorite. But these people at night don’t listen and they are disrespectful. Where I are the adults it seem like all children.
The service at this place is terrible. I paid almost $10 for a large drink, and they were giving me a medium. The person who served me just argued with me, and in the end, I decided to leave and not take the drink. They still haven't refunded my money. I don't recommend this Starbucks; I've never had a problem like this before.
