The customer service here was truly awful. I waited a long time for my coffee while two female baristas were busy talking to each other, laughing and sneezing, clearly putting customers last. When the coffee was finally ready, it was simply placed on the counter without calling my name, which was very confusing. I visited around Saturday lunchtime, and throughout my visit, the two women continued chatting with each other. There was no greeting at all, and even when I greeted them first, I was ignored.
