During the morning rush, this place is amazing! Things seem to come out quickly and efficiently with drinks all made and food nice and hot. Is during the off peak times that this place falls flat. Whenever I have a late start at work and try to pick anything up, waits seem long and more often then not, I end up asking about my order which has been skipped or missed completely. I come here every a lot for my coffee, its decent and does the job but i feel like something is missing from this starbucks.
Stephanie (she told me she’s a manager) refused me in refill saying she didn’t see me being there.
