Whatever gentlemen you had working there tonight was a disgrace to Starbucks and the Safeway. I almost don't want to shop at this Safeway anymore because of who they employeed for a Starbucks within their store. Its a reflection of the store its in. The kid had 2 drinks to make. I was upset because I went through a whole thing detailed conversation with the young lady who was at the drive thru regarding my order as far as NOT wanting coffee in my Frappuccino and when I got it ,it was made with coffee. I let the young lady know and she re made a drink but,was irritating because she stated that she said it had caffeine in it.... that is not what she said
Order a frozen pineapple lemonade all I got was pineapple blended with ice. Yuck! Service was just as bad 👎
Ordered a Venti caramel macchiato through door dash and received a 1/4 cup of hot chocolate. When we called to complain they wouldn’t accept their screw up. I will never go there again.
