I just went to this location this morning and I’ve ordered a dragon fruit lemonade , I’ve waited over 10 minutes for the drink while 4 of the baristas were talking and doing other peoples orders that came minutes after I’ve ordered from the cashier , young lady who took my order was the only one who was pleasant and kind , the rest of the staff were horrible and unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend going to this location again , I kindly asked for my refund back and left peacefully
The food was actually pretty good and met my expectations. However, the only issue I had was with one of the employees, who I believe was named Arlo. Probably asian. His attitude was noticeably unpleasant compared to the rest of the staff. At one point, I overheard him speaking in a rude and dismissive way to a coworker who seemed to be new and was simply asking for help. Horrible customer service from a guy named “JD”I asked for venti (large)sized drinks and just gave me the 1st one venti and the other ones grande(small) when I stated to him that I asked for venti sized drinks he simply said “ I put grande on the label”and didn’t try to fix the issue just simply turned around and continued with what he was doing .
THE BEST PLACE IV'E EVER WENT TO!! The staff are the best, the coffee has a lot of taste and made perfectly, best brownies and the best seats, cheap prices. Because I go there every day they know my name!!!! The best coffee store!!
