I ordered an iced vanilla latte and noticed that four people who ordered after me were served first. When I politely asked the barista if she had the drink for Michael, her response, in a very rude tone, was: “I have the cup in my hand.” I understand the staff can get busy, but that kind of attitude toward a simple question felt unnecessary and unprofessional. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially in customer service.
Maybe it was a bad day.. maybe it was timing. The location was over run with foul mouthed teenagers who seem oblivious to anyone else. The orders were repeatedly incorrect, made worse by be more concerned with what was on the phone.. do better. The coffee was not bad, but don’t think I would return there-in summer !
My husband and I came last night to order our drinks. The girl at the register I think her name was Kat or Kate but she was funny and sweet and helped us figure out what we wanted to drink. Her and the Tall guy I didn’t see his name but they made our experience good. My husband had a Trenta sized drink and there was the same drink there that we thought was ours and there wasn’t people around us but we didn’t look at the sticker and all we said was oh our drink was trenta and the girl that was making the drinks was nasty and ... read more
