Horrible customer service from a guy named “JD”I asked for venti (large)sized drinks and just gave me the 1st one venti and the other ones grande(small) when I stated to him that I asked for venti sized drinks he simply said “ I put grande on the label”and didn’t try to fix the issue just simply turned around and continued with what he was doing .
THE BEST PLACE IV'E EVER WENT TO!! The staff are the best, the coffee has a lot of taste and made perfectly, best brownies and the best seats, cheap prices. Because I go there every day they know my name!!!! The best coffee store!!
Hey there, I wanted to share my experience at your Glendale store. I waited at the register while employees chatted and ignored me. When I asked if someone could take my order, a staff member responded rudely, saying I didn't seem like I was going to buy anything. Charged extra for green tea when we always order this just swap greentea for lemoade she put extra greentea, didnt put my right name , standing there waiting for my order because name is wrong then we had to wait 20 mins for my coffee cake, absolutely rude individuals, pretty sure won't be returning to Starbucks again especially this one with its incompetent workers.
I am still shaking with anger from what happened tonight. As a mother, I cannot believe how heartless and unfair the treatment was. I walked into the store around 8:25 PM with my 3-year-old daughter who urgently needed the bathroom.
