The workers are rude and do not know how to make the order. I ordered a grande mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. They missed to put a chocolate chip. So, I mentioned it to them and even showed on the app what’s in it and it does include chocolate chip. Because they said the chocolate chips are extra charge that I should have ordered Java Chip. But the Java Chip frap has been discontinued. Then the person at the register end up making it and just put chocolate syrup, milk and chocolate chip without the mocha. So, awful!!!!! F... read more

Stood at the counter for an awkwardly long time. Three staff members all made eye contact but never acknowledged me, super weird. Didn't bother paying almost $10 for bad coffee. I rarely go to Starbucks but it was cold and it was convenient... good reminder of why it's worth taking the extra time to find a local coffee shop
