Terrible treatment by two employees over the course of six months. Finally stopped going there. Went to another location and were named “Customer of the Month”
I have always been a Starbucks fan and will continue to be at other locations. This location is beyond unacceptable. A simple request of “very light on the foam” should not be hard to understand and provide. I watched my drink be made with about 3/4 of it foam. When I said something, the girl wouldn’t acknowledge it or apologize. I told her to try again and received an eye roll. The second was pretty much the same. I just asked for a refund after that.
