Santiago a bad guy didn’t want to give me a glass of water and all the staff very mean here onsite and is Monday 2:38pm. I really wanted to recharge my Starbucks card 200$ but with this type of staff NO. No body at this place refuses to give me a glass of water …. But at the end the lady want to give us water outside when I was with my grand pa and was trying to give to homeless people and No to a faithful clients…. Won’t go at this time anymore to this place will give them a cero start !
The barista was super rude! I don’t know, what was she going through but she was throwing her tantrum to us. It was just three people there and wasn’t looking too crowded. We asked for ice coffee with cream and sugar with other orders. However the ice coffee it was not served as we wanted. We requested for extra cream. She first told us to put it from the flask. The girl who takes the order is very unpleasant, she always has an attitude, I have come twice, the first time I thought she was just having a bad day, but I went to order, she made a face at me and turned her back on me and left me standing there, she should have better customer service, and if she doesn't want to work she should quit (she's Asian, I don't know, with glasses, I always go to that Starbucks, I won't come back, I found one with better customer service)
Service was incredible! Malik and Thomas greeted me with kindness and compassion. Thomas made me one awesome Caramel Macchiato, thank you guys so much for your service today
