I loved the convenience of having a Starbucks inside the store, so we stopped by around 7:40 PM to order four drinks. There were only two customers ahead of us, and when we asked what time they closed, we were told 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The employee who took our order, Sony—who identified herself as Sony—did not seem happy to assist us and appeared rushed and eager to close. The service was horrible the girls were talking sexually and swearing so bad while I was trying to enjoy my coffee in the lobby. This is not okay so unprofessional and rude. There were children walking by. Starbucks this is the worst experience I've ever had. Please teach your employees to have respect and be professional. So upset.
Lazy employees. On phone while I waited
Garbage service. Got there at 7:42pm and they said “oh sorry we’re closed” cuz they’re lazy and don’t care. March 5 and 7:42pm whoever you got working there doesn’t care about your business when you close at 8pm.
