This Starbucks is a joke. Got online and ordered for pick up. Walked in and the guy working like I can’t make it everything is shut off and cleaned we close at 6pm. Yes the app says that and if you are closed you can’t place an order online. Needless to say I am taking my refund and going to a better store. I hope a manager see that you are at work for 20 minutes just talking to the person at the customer service counter for the store instead of doing your actual job.
I'm a repeat customer at this store, and I've had issues with my orders both times. I use the Starbucks app, but they seem to struggle with even the simplest orders. This time, I ordered a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher and a blond vanilla latte, but they got both drinks wrong. The Refresher had too little strawberry syrup, and when I complained, they gave me the syrup on the side. The latte also had too little vanilla syrup.
Didn't catch their names, but the two women working today were so kind & personable-- let alone very quick! Such sweet people!
I often visit this Starbucks, and although it would be nice to have a small space to sit and enjoy my drink, the staff are always friendly and the drinks are always great. It’s so good that I’d love to put a sticker on their “StarBuck’s Rock Stars” board! ☕
The Apple thing I got was amazing, Blended Cherry Chai tea was delicious and the Barista was super accommodating and friendly. She was singing while she worked and had a beautiful voice. Tells me she enjoys her job!
