I asked if a drink advertised can be made hot, lady taking orders said yes. I ordered it. They ask for a tip as of it’s their birth right, I feel obligated and I give everyone every time whether i like their service or not due to fear of me being judged as cheap. Then my drink comes ice cold. I go and ask that I ordered hot. The delivery lady says this drink comes only cold. What is happening here ????
