Waited over 2 minutes at the counter to place a basic order -tall pike place, no one ever spoke to me to take my order, so I walked out. This happened twice. I get it they are busy with online order and drive through orders. Perhaps just put a sign out in store order not accepted.
Priority only for DriveThru, not for the orders placed at the counter, Had to wait for 20min. Disgusting customer service, no response.
