I don’t know if there was a policy change with Starbucks because I don’t go there enough. But my normal order is a medium iced mocha. With light ice and whole milk. And the person tried charging me extra for whole milk and light ice and said that is normal and then proceeded to argue with me when I told her that’s not normal. I'm at the hospital staying with my mother and both times I ordered my drink was terrible. I asked for sweet cream foam and sweet cream, it came looking like black coffee with no sweet cream and very little foam.
