took 10 minutes in an empty store to make a PEACH GREEN TEA. someone had to run to the back and get more peach juice. person comes back with peach tea and leaves it in the fridge and the rest of my drink is standing there forgotten about. It takes me asking someone where it is for them to remember what they were doing. The worst service and additude ever
Yo pedi una matcha frío mediana y me dieron un caliente y luego lo reclamé que me cambiara . Solo echo en un vaso grande con hielo como es caliente se deshizo rápido terminó siendo leche con agua
I don’t understand why is it that every single time that I order from here the barista’s finished the drinks and hold onto them until they finish preparing three other more drinks and they finally put it on the counter. I don’t have time to be waiting for you to prepare five other drinks while my drink since they’re on the counter that’s extremely inconsiderate for time. This is not the first time it’s happened either. It’s happened multiple times I’m so annoyed by the barista here wasting peoples time.
I do love this place but the indoor temp was seriously wrong. It’s too cold. Please.
