I go to Starbucks to chill and enjoy a drink; not get yelled at by the employees. The older-looking Latina working the register has a bad attitude and really kills the vibe. Gotta avoid this place.

If you’re gonna Order from this Starbucks you better order ahead like crazy. At least 30 min to get a drink? And I’m not even exaggerating. Specially I order wednesdays and Thursdays mornings and that’s the time that takes.
I’m writing this review on behalf of my dad. He stopped by the Starbucks on Grand Avenue in Queens around 2:30 PM and ordered a large Refresher. Even though he only visits occasionally, Kelly recognized him before he even took out his card. That kind of personal attention and genuine customer service really stood out to him. He told me that Kelly was friendly, welcoming, and treated every customer with kindness and respect, making everyone feel valued. All the employees just stand there talking to each other taking their sweet time doing anything. It's dirty and they need someone to come and teach them how to work.
