Must be a new thing or this location only where you can’t get water for free. With purchase only
I ordered a chocolate frappuccino but got a coffee frappuchino. Although chocolate was added later, it was not what I wanted. The lid was not tightly closed. One had a tight lid, one was loose and half lid, and the other was completely uncovered. The attitude was really bad. It spilled when I took it away. I felt very bad and had a very bad service and experience.
Amazing service from employee named Mathias. Will be back for sure!!! :)
