What a terrible place! Dirty and disorganized. People work there don’t like to talk with rude behavior. The bathrooms are always out of order because they are too lazy to clean them. Time to close this place! Let some other nice coffee place takes over this bad place.
The women who work in this Starbucks have absolutely no customer service. No greeting, no communication whatsoever, no smile, just a complete disregard for their jobs.
They are so racist and mean that they don't allow you to use the bathroom. And the ambient music is vulgar and offensive. Reggaeton is playing all the time.
My experience with customer service here is always disappointing & distasteful. There’s maybe 2 employees that always have a positive attitude. The others are horrible. There’s attitude. Very nonchalant. You have to repeat yourself numerous times because they aren’t listening or trying to listen. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in . Sadly is the women in the establishment.
