The women who work in this Starbucks have absolutely no customer service. No greeting, no communication whatsoever, no smile, just a complete disregard for their jobs.

They are so racist and mean that they don't allow you to use the bathroom. And the ambient music is vulgar and offensive. Reggaeton is playing all the time.

My experience with customer service here is always disappointing & distasteful. There’s maybe 2 employees that always have a positive attitude. The others are horrible. There’s attitude. Very nonchalant. You have to repeat yourself numerous times because they aren’t listening or trying to listen. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in . Sadly is the women in the establishment. I bought 4 cups of frappuccino at the stuckbuck in Target at College Point today. They were all cream, more than half of them were cream, with cream on the bottom and cream on top. It didn’t taste like coffee or chocolate at all, sop. Yes, cutting corners and making such a bad experience. I had to wait in line for a long time. I was very unhappy. I couldn't drink at all and lost it. I tried calling but couldn't get through to anyone.
