Such rude service. The employee is extra slow and rude. I asked for one simple thing and the employee replied with such rude behavior and told me to get on the line. Why would I get on a line and wait for 10 minutes for one little thing. Slowest service EVER. and rudest customer service ever
I visited this location on August 19th around 6pm to get a pup cup, and was shocked by the service. The employee told me I couldn’t get anything because my Starbucks drink (which I had in my hand) came from a different Starbucks. Isn’t Starbucks a chain? I’ve never had this issue at any other location. On top of that, she claimed the store was closed at 6pm, even though it’s listed as closing at 8pm. What a terrible place! Dirty and disorganized. People work there don’t like to talk with rude behavior. The bathrooms are always out of order because they are too lazy to clean them. Time to close this place! Let some other nice coffee place takes over this bad place.
The women who work in this Starbucks have absolutely no customer service. No greeting, no communication whatsoever, no smile, just a complete disregard for their jobs.
