Coffee is meh ... Food is gross but I've never liked Starbucks food. The staff here is super nice though.
Exceptionally long wait. People just walked out and didn't wait for their order. The wait staff was great. Very friendly.
Horrible customer service
The owner doesn’t do anything other than post automated replies to keep scores up. They refuse to fix anything. Avoid this store and go to any other one in Georgetown. This store consistently has a crappy drive thru staff. They are always rude with high school attitudes, yet not in school. They consistently are having to remake drinks each time I go through, although the ONLY thing I request is for the drink to be made with oat milk.
