Corporate seriously needs to look at this location with everyone's attitude and dismissive response when a customer comes to them with a serious concern I am not very happy or pleased with how my situation was handled especially being dismissed and not feeling like they really cared about what happened I think everyone here needs an attitude adjustment and new employees for sure
Long wait time……….30 + min wait in Drive-thru lack of urgency.
I’ve been really disappointed with the service lately. The wait time is consistently long, even when the store isn’t crowded. This never used to be the case, which makes it even more frustrating. It feels like there’s a lack of urgency and organization behind the counter. The owner or management really needs to pay closer attention to employee performance, because the slow service is becoming a regular issue.
