Store used to be great. This is not the case anymore. On multiple occasions I have walked in and received no greeting only to see employees on their phones or ignoring customers walking in completely. Store is also dirty. Wrappers, dirt, straws and lids were all over the floor of the store today during non peak time. Highly recommend the store on Connecticut Ave if you want a friendly and clean experience.
