Friendly staff - willing to fix the mistakes. I'm happy with the coffees I received from them. The Starbucks at the mall is wayy slower than this Starbucks. One of the best Starbucks in Staten Island.

My drink- no matter what is made correctly! Enjoying my Orange Iced Coffee.
They always fix my venti with steamed soy perfect! And they know my name- and my drink before I get to the register!
Good for short visits. Not really a comfy Starbucks. Staff is really nice.
