If I can give 0 stars I would , I came with my dog to get a pup cup and this ginger hair lady told me I had to make a purchase for that she had a bad additude with me and it's unacceptable to treat customers like this. I'm a Starbucks customer for the last 20 years. I would never go back they lost a loyal customer its not for the pup cup it's for the nasty additude and I don't want anybody else to go through this.
This is the best starbucks in Long Island City. As someone who frequents this Starbucks, the employees know my order and treat me with such kindness and respect. They make the drink exactly how I like them, however whenever I order extra caramel, I never get actually extra. But other than that this atmosphere is the best and this will forever be LIC's best Starbucks!!!
First of all, I am definitely a perfect city-born New Yorker. I was born in this sad, crazy, and beautiful city and have been living here every day. So I know what it is like receiving good services from stores in this tugh city. It is not easy to find a place that successfully realizes the simple but difficult proposition that the cornerstone of the tertiary industry and the flower of sales is the "service" every day in this crazy city. Keepin it real out here in LIC Def one of the better Starbucks. Location is great for people who live and work nearby. Great amount of spacing for work. Not too crowded even on weekends. Night time after sunset is such a vibe sitting in there to do work.
