Every time I come here they make my matcha wrong.. I guess the baristas aren’t as experienced.. I literally have to settle for the matcha they give me because no matter how many times I send it back it’s still wrong! This location is the closet to me but I go to the downtown location instead because I can’t stand my drink being wrong! & one time there was hair in my drink😫 a long piece of hair smh.
Dirty, the servers were backed up, but couldn’t move any slower. Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Even the coffee was awful not that it’s ever very good
Staff is amazing and so is the service. Hands down my favorite Starbucks!!
