I mobile ordered two coffees and it took over 40 minutes in the drive thru. When I got to the window the drinks were still not done. Now I missed the event I’m heading to and my drinks are wrong. This is two drinks we’re talking about and the bare minimum for “fast food”
I just stood at the counter for 10 minutes and 2 girls were talking to each other for a while ignoring me. When one of them came to register to take an order she approached a person after me like I am invisible. I turned around and left. It was very unpleasant. It's the first bad experience with Starbucks.

I waited for 9 long minutes just to get a banana nut bread warmed up....they need to add more equipment and staff to speed up the process.....
Worst Starbucks that exists in the entire planet earth. The past 3 times I’ve been here they’ve taken at least 45 minutes and gave all the wrong items. It then took an additional 5 minutes for them to figure it out. This is an every time occurrence. Just shut the place down.
