So insanely rude. Went inside for a drink together and all 5 employees were conversing with the manager. Didnt even bother making eye contact with me too. Handed me my drink and it was awful and my stomach hurts because its mostly milk. So disrespectful. Will be reporting this to HR especially since I know the employees names!
order was fine. laura helped me out and she was great. however.... i was told that you guys cannot accept cash tips??? that's so stupid and i wish management would care about their employees more. will not be returning to a location that does not support their employees.
Clean and good atmosphere. The coffee is consistent every time. This campus branch has lower pricing than regular Starbucks for some items like Pike. Staff is incredibly nice - I spilled coffee and they were kind to replace my coffee and cleaned the floor. Felt really welcomed.
