I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. Two thirds of the way through , it was stone cold. I approached the counter and asked if they could re-heat it and add a shot of espresso as it was a little too sweet for me. The young lady at the register informed me there was not a microwave and she would need to make a new drink with the espresso added. I placed my order 8 mins in advance. They just let me stand there waiting for my coffee at the counter before I had to speak up. The young lady left it in the drive thru pick up and her response is "my bad" Really!
