I use this Starbucks often and usually have no trouble. However after going Saturday of last week I was incredibly disappointed. I ordered a drive through order for a Venti White Mocha Frappe with added vanilla powder, an order I have made hundreds of times.The barista rudely said to me "okay here's what we're going to do" then proceeded to tell me that I ordered it wrong and that instead she was going to give me a vanilla frapuchinno with added mocha, a drink that includes no coffee. The employees were cheerful and welcoming, my order was made perfectly delicious, and was quick which was helpful since I was in a bit if a rush! Yummy!

Awesome staff
Lidia was so nice and helped me pick out coffee grounds! Phoebe was so nice & took the time to grind the coffee grounds for me! Love this location, the staff is always so friendly and patient!
