Best customer service
This Starbucks operates inside the Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas-Frisco. Unlike every other Starbucks, it does NOT offer the standard free Starbucks wifi. Staff tell you to use the hotel’s network instead — but to access that, you need to be a registered hotel guest with a room number. I tried to connect as a non-guest visitor anyway, hoping there was some workaround. The system kept rejecting the connection with a “try again later” message, over and over, with no way through.
