Sophia and Emmanuel were amazing at the Starbucks Frisco Station location! Sophia remembered EXACTLY what I had ordered the day before and Emmanuel made it to perfection, thank you both so much!
Emmanuel and Sophia are the kindest people! They remember me when I come in to get coffee on my walks and remember my drink! They have to see hundreds of people and so it is incredible that they remember! The drink always hits the spot and their kindness makes my day!!
I recently moved to the neighborhood and this Starbucks is the best one I’ve been to thus far. Sophia and Emmanuel are like the Starbucks dream team! Every time I come in, they brighten my day and put a smile on my face and for that I’m appreciative. 10/10 would recommend!

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and got two white mochas and a bagel. Both Sophia and Emmanuel were incredible. Super friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about the customer experience. Sophia had such a warm energy and Emmanuel kept the line moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed.
