I've been several times and Cristina always serves me; she makes my coffee taste great and she's always very kind and lovely.

As a daily patron of Starbucks for my trenta iced black tea, I’ve had routinely pleasant experiences at many Starbucks throughout Frisco. There is one barista, however, whose service and demeanor is exceptional, and that is Sophia at the AC Hotel at The Star. Sophia prepares my tea just as I like it and does it with a smile and sweet attitude (and she always remembers my name!)! Way to go!!
What a delight to return back to this Starbucks location connected to the Marriott & see Sophia's smiling face & even to be remembered from my previous trip. Her customer service & genuine kindness was greatly appreciated!!
