Very slow. I had been mobile ordering at the other shop across the way and my drink was ready within a few minutes. I decided to switch it up to this shop today. Very slow. Twenty minutes for a mobile order, which was just one standard Veranda Blend hot coffee.
So I was very excited to get a venti iced pumpkin cold brew before heading to Disney but the girls working that shift on Friday around 11 in the morning august 23rd didn’t give me friendly vibes even when i complimented her Disney shirt so anyway I just wanted a cup of water and she refused saying I had to pay even tho I had just paid for 2 cake pops and a coffee so no thanks never going to that Starbucks again. customer service not good.
My app order took 15 minutes for 1 simple drink. Mean while, walk in customer got their 4 drinks straight away!?!?! I regret getting a drink here.
