Came to get coffee before work. But no such luck. Says open at 5am. I’m here at 5:30 standing at a locked door while they look at me from inside like I’m an idiot. Won’t be coming back to this location. I can’t stand when places don’t either update their info online or posted times or follow the hours they are supposed to be open.

The Barista at the drive thru was very inattentive and came across as condescending. I had politely showed her my phone and told her of the $3 handcrafted drink. She only gave me a look and said, “ok,” but still had me pay full price for some reason. I was too confused and didn’t want to cause an argument, so I paid but I’m never coming back here where the staff are just so rude.

Very awful customer service. Abraham at this particular location is awful at his job. Abraham is rude and doesn’t know how to be accommodating to customers who have been ordering for years, he is unaware of how to do a build your own drink.. Tried to charge me wrong then he sat there and argued with me and was so rude. I called and complained to corporate. Needs to go back to training. Abraham needs some proper training.
