I go to Starbucks too often and am so familiar with how it works.we went through the drive thru, mind you, im aware people make mistakes..etc However, they gave us our order incorrect, we emphasized 3 times during ordering and yet they gave it incorrect. When Iade a comment about it Dani had the audacity to lie in my face and say there wasnt whip cream in the bottom when it was white as snow.
