I'm very disappointed in this establishment. I've come here for many years and had no issues. Today changed that. My wife had to use the restroom really badly, and before she could order, the Barista behind the counter said, "the restroom was for paying customers only" She is disabled and had to go badly, no time to order first. So he insisted she order and she wound up spoiling herself inline and she was incredibly humiliated. Luckily the Carl's Jr next store was more than willing to help a disabled person in dire need.
Extremely disappointed with this location. The staff here was unwelcoming and unnecessarily rigid. I understand store policies, but the dismissive attitude regarding basic access to the restroom goes against the hospitable 'third-place' environment Starbucks claims to stand for. Plenty of other cafes in the area know how to treat people with basic courtesy. I won’t be returning to this branch.
I got 2 drinks today at starbucks. 1 was a pistachio latte and the other was an iced espresso, both with customizations. I love starbucks and honestly was so disappointed today. I paid extra $1.25 per drink for the cold foam. And our drinks came with barely any cold foam, we could barely taste it. We each got a different type of cold foam but couldnt even tell the differences between them because there was so little of it. I just felt like we paid extra to get nothing 🥲
