I love Starbucks
At some point, the owners need to realize the revenue this location generates is not worth the hassle it brings to the community and to the company’s brand. The parking & drive-thru is terrible, people are angry all times of the day due to parking, traffic and overall atmosphere of this location. The renovations should have been done for the drive- thru entrance rather than the building and an emphasis on parking availability. My latte was 💯 Baristas were 💯 I was very happy 💯 Luv how they remodeled this location. They are always friendly, service is great, whatever I order comes out delicious. This location is the Top #1 in San Diego
Got a venti strawberry acai lemonade and half of it was fill with ice, should've got no ice . It was a second order because they mistakenly give the drink to the drive thru customer. I had to wait awhile for that drink because most of the barista just mindlessly making drinks without asking if I need something(I guess this is part of training/starbucks culture). Never again.
