Came in this morning at a slow time. Ordered a modified shaken espresso. She didn't shake it, and then filled half my cup with oat milk. At handoff, I asked if they don't shake their SHAKEN ESPRESSOS. She said "no, they come layered" and I told her it's in the name..... I was a SSV for 6 years in a corporate location. I know how the drink is made. If you want to be lazy, fine. But don't correct the customer! Wish I had saved my $8. I'm currently slurping globs of white mocha because the drink wasn't shaken up.
