These kids are awesome, I got my orders so fast
I never write reviews but it's been multiple times were I order the same thing and they completely miss my order. I order a Hot Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado and I always get a cortado. No flavor no nothing. It's been multiple times. You might want to retrain employees on how to do it
The barista/cashier was Josiah!! It was long lines until we got to order but he was so pleasant and so helpful that we had a wonderful experience. I have had the same chai and the same snack at Starbucks a million times but Josiah, his pleasant disposition, respectful approach and absolute understanding of our order made this experience stand out in my mind as one of the best!!! Thank you Josiah!!!
The cafe was crowded and the line was MASSIVE but yet I had a good experience. Ordered a Vanilla Bean and it was great. However I asked a Barista for more syrup, they did told me to put it myself, but it was understandable since it is a Starbucks in a busy mall and I didn't worry about it at all. Overall, good experience even if it was very busy.
