Worst experience!!!!! I first requested a lavender matcha, but was told it was out of season. I then ordered a strawberry matcha, and honestly this was the worst matcha I’ve ever had. Instead of actually blending flavors, they just added strawberry foam on top. When I asked about syrup, the barista handed me an extra cup with syrup and told me to add it myself. I was so disappointed in not only the two $12 drinks that were so bitter and gross, but also the lack of customer service after attempting to fix the problem. After ordering and receiving the worst Starbucks drink that I’ve ever had. When we approached the counter we were ignored and then told that they could do NOTHING about the bitterness of the drink because it “always comes like that” the lady then walked away and proceeded to ignore us. Very friendly and always serve with a smile. They prepare your coffee quickly and just the way you like it. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a great spot to work or catch up with friends.
