Very disappointing experience. This is an unethical business practice. My drink was filled about two-thirds with ice, leaving only a very small amount of the actual drink. I finished it in literally two sips. I politely went back and communicated this to the staff on duty, but my concern was not valued, and I was told that this is their standard practice.. Here is a quick, direct version that keeps it serious but uses a more natural, everyday tone: I’m really disappointed with the service here. My drink was messed up, which was an honest mistake, but when I pointed it out, the staff literally started talking about me right in front of my face. A messed-up drink isn't a big deal, but the disrespect and toxic attitude from the staff is unacceptable. Management definitely needs to look into this.

There is not single electricity outlet at Starbucks inside the Barnes and Noble at Stone Briar mall.
