I walked up around 6:50pm. No hello. No thank you. He had no customers but proceeded to interact with me as if I was an inconvenience to him. As soon as he handed me my drinks he turned the lights off. Hours show 9pm. Maybe a fluke or maybe someone called in and it was a long day for him but definitely not my doing. Starbucks likely won’t do anything because this company sucks. It’s not just this location. I will just stop financially supporting such an awful company. Last of my dollars spent at Starbucks.

They could clean the chairs outside. They were all covered in bird poop, every single chair.

Visit day 03/28/24 about 2pm. Let me start by saying that I am a Manager that works in the surrounding area, the customer was TERRIBLE! Lady with glasses and blue hair and guy with the glasses were working. I came by because I was treating my employees to Starbucks drinks for reaching our goals so I had quite a few, the guy rolls his eyes with every drink and has the most sarcastic/upset tone it was SO rude yet he seemed happy enough talking with the blue haired lady evening laughing. I normally order coffee here and service here is not actually that bad. However, today was the worst! The person working there habe the worst customer service! Shouldn’t be working on customer facing environment.
