I came in to use the restroom then I went out to grab my purse in the car because I forgot it. The dyed red head girl that was working snapped at me and said Ma’am you need to buy something before using the restroom. I said I was just going to my car and was ordering from the app. I wasn’t happy how she yelled at me in front of all the customers in the store a simple Can I help you with your order would suffice. It was beyond rude and embarrassing. Monica was horrible.

Today at around 8:30 i came and ordered an iced matcha and was very dissapointed at the result of my drink. The barista on shift shakes my matcha using the actual plastic cup instead of the shaker which i saw, then even doing it over the sink due to the drink splashing a bit. When I received my drink, the matcha was not dissolved or mixed in my drink properly. I ordered chocolate cold foam and there was barely any to be seen.
