I had a really amazing experience tonight with Jeanne. It happened to be Christmas Eve and we went through drive through and when ordering she was super upbeat and sweet as could be which really stood out right away!! Like a breath of fresh air She just really made it feel Christmassy and seemed to really care. I'm a great judge of character lol and you can just tell shes an amazing person who goes above and beyond at her job. They supposedly close at 10 pm, we went to buy cold drinks at 7 pm and they told us it was already closed.
Could have been a bad day but I asked about a drink and was told they didn’t have it. No biggie. I asked about another drinks ingredients bc I’m allergic to cinnamon and she said she didn’t know and just stared at me. I just ordered something simple, but it was too sweet to me. I normally feel very well taken care of Starbucks locations and was surprised she didn’t offer help. Could have been a bad or long day, but still. Disappointed.
