Went through the drive thru to get one drink. The service was friendly and the order was correct. However when I drove away, I noticed how filthy my cup was. Then I realized my cup was inside another cup. And the one inside was even more disgusting.
Went in and was greeted by Nic, I usually get just regular latte because the Iced Mocha is never quite right to me. Nic said let me give it a go and it was amazing just what I wanted that hundred degree day.
Teddie is the best ever she was so helpful in choosing a good drink and she made it so good too starbucks will forever have my business because of teddie
Worst experience at a coffee shop in my life with Marissa. She was obviously high, dropped her weed pen, was snippy and disheveled. Not what I’m used to from Starbucks. Usually their staff is so much more personable and put together. I’m disappointed and will be telling everyone I know to choose another location to avoid this mess.
This was, without question, the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I simply asked for a cup of plain water, and it was refused. What made the situation far worse was the manager’s attitude. While he didn’t physically force me out, his aggressive tone and body language made it very clear I wasn’t welcome.
