I couldn’t pre-order coffee the day before, so I stopped by this Starbucks before work to order 3 coffee travelers (about 2.5 gallons of coffee). They quoted me 15 minutes—which seemed a bit long, but I was ok waiting. What changed things was the manager’s approach.
