Strictly a PSL review: if you’re ordering a pumpkin spice latte and got 5 more mins to spare, just drive to Custer and Eldorado and you’ll get yourself a damn good latte. It’s consistently bad in here, Atleast for the times I tried
Worst customer service ever! I went to pick up a mobile order and it was placed on the delivery counter. When I went to pick it up, the girl behind the counter told me I couldn't take it. She said she had to bag it up first, and after that she "didn't care what i did with it after" in a horrible tone. The rudest interaction I've ever had! Can you please get a policy in place that anyone who orders more than three drinks needs to come inside. I’ve been sitting in the drive-through for 26 minutes.
The only thing I don’t like is them trying to get tips by shoving the damn credit card machines in your face! Not cool
