So the new 'policy' is you can't get a refill on a personal cup if it had a tiny bit of residual coffee in it - for the 'safety' of their employees. Even though 1. They're not drinking from your cup, and 2. They're not even touching it (with the introduction of their handy dandy special needs cup holder). What exactly is the health and safety concern? This is a great place to grab a cup of coffee. The baristas are friendly and always in a good mood. The place is clean and well-stocked. The drive-thru is also fast. The only downside is the onsite parking. It’s always chaotic because it’s shared with a driving school, a business shipping center, and other businesses.
I had coffee delivered and there was a note on my cup and on the bag with a sweet note saying “You’re awesome!” and “We hope this makes you smile ◡̈ “… I can honestly say it did! Made my day ◡̈
My boyfriend and I have been coming to this Starbucks for several years. Everyone is super nice, upbeat and friendly! Loving seeing Paola, Munya, Vincent, Sonia, Kevin, Laney, Michelle, April, and Natalia!
