Today my son placed an order through the app. When I arrived to pick it up, I found that the manager has a terrible way of treating customers; his manner of speaking is completely inappropriate. I assume there are cameras present. He showed me the tablet displaying the orders, but he held it about two feet away from me; I told him I couldn't see it clearly because I am partially blind. Bad experience on App orders! Always when I order a hot drink and customized and they never make it like I wanted.. very disappointed. I called the store several times and no body answer the phone. Unbelievable management
