I needed to get coffee for my girlfriend in a time pressing situation and I figured I'd step into Starbucks to grab a coffee quick but then they couldn't take an order at the counter and told me to use the app then when I used the app it kept saying they were closed and I just left without coffee
I ordered a tall latte without ice. Every time before, no matter which store I went to, they'd fill it up. But today when I went to pick up my coffee, I noticed it was significantly less. I asked the barista why it wasn't full. She said it was because I ordered it without ice. Oh my goodness, does Starbucks really run short on milk? Only accepts mobile orders that require a Starbucks card with minimum $10 load fee. Just go to the Hub. Absolutely stupid business decision
They just reopened as mobile only, which is fine. However, they messed up my order and when asked to remake and what was wrong they did the same thing again.
