Only accepts mobile orders that require a Starbucks card with minimum $10 load fee. Just go to the Hub. Absolutely stupid business decision
They just reopened as mobile only, which is fine. However, they messed up my order and when asked to remake and what was wrong they did the same thing again.
Day one after they finally finished renovation, and they are not ready. they don't have all of the things I ordered. I know that cream cheese and butter are maybe uncommon things to have requested, but make sure that your app is updated to let people know that they are out, especially when they pay with points and can't be refunded. The excuse was "we opened a little fast today," whatever that means.
