I genuinely don’t know how this place is even allowed to be called a Starbucks. I go to this place for the convenience of being close to me but i genuinely don’t think a single person even knows how to make drinks here… I literally have workers asking me if the drink looks right everytime I order my mocha cookie crumble like they don’t even know how to make it. Not sure what the deal is but this was not a good experience. Maybe it’s not a real Starbucks bc it’s on a campus. But the guy did not want to make my drink and told me I could purchase something else.
