I stop at Starbucks a couple of times a week. Normally not the sunshine location. I will not go back. I pulled up to the window, and the girl took my money as I was holding my phone to scan, then proceeded to take an order for someone else, hand me back my change and the drink at the same time. I asked her to scan my app and all she said is "oh it's too late, bye" :(. My dog was in the car, and she didn't even offer a pup cup. Needless to say NO TIP and I won't go back to this store.
