This used to be a favorite Starbucks location for us, but recently, the staff has been consistently rude, bored, and unfriendly...like they can't be bothered by yet another customer. Service is incredibly slow despite a large number of baristas. We have personally witnessed baristas gossiping inappropriately in front of customers instead of focusing on their work.
