Lady taking my order mistook bagel for croissant which doesn’t even sound alike. Not sure what that was about. Then the 7 foot tall dude yelled my name out ridiculously loud even though I was the only one waiting for a drink. I was right at the counter across from him. Obnoxious and rude. Maybe he was mad about something. Not sure.
Highly suggest placing your order this Starbucks is always crowded.
Haven’t experienced this in a while. I got egg bites, started eating on the bench and promptly dropped it on the sidewalk. It was comical and frustrating. Came back inside to buy another and happened to mention to the guy that I dropped. Wasn’t expecting but he just gave another egg bite for free. It was not about the $6 but the generosity and customer care that just made my day. Thank you.
They don’t give you straws in your delivery orders and the food is always cold.
