This is the most poorly run Starbucks I have ever been to. The line is always long because they hardly staff the front area. They completely change it back to a regular Starbucks and it is awful.
The food items I specifically came in to buy were not in stock. I asked to still be given water, since it’s healthy, necessary to sustaining life & imperative for the day-I was told I have to purchase something. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Starbucks over the years-as well as being a stock holder in the company-it is hardly my fault that they didn’t have any of the food available & I was still thirsty. Great place AC a bit too high!
Apparently this is the only Starbucks in the country where they won’t give you a water when you’re thirsty without ordering something else. Even in Disney they will do this.
