I had a mobile order thru the app and when I got to the window I asked if I could inquire about a merchandise item. (I would not have asked if the drive thru was busy but it was a slow time of day). I explained I didn't want to take my children in and out of the car to go inside. She said she couldn't look for me. Disappointing experience. My order was made incorrectly, and instead of fixing the issue, the staff acted rude and unhelpful. Mistakes happen, but the lack of effort and customer service made this visit frustrating. I expected better from this location.
rude staff, rushed low quality drinks
repeatedly mess up order, refuse to take responsibility, general laziness and lack of care with orders, just rushing and the speed over accuracy is very noticable. has changed greatly as months ago this used to be one of my favorite locations in frisco. whether is new hires or a change in policy, something has massively downgraded this location.
Usually enjoy this but when I went in I ordered an energy refresher, I sat to wait watching them make it, they just made the lemonade with flavor and didn’t add the energy add in. When it was handed to me I even gave the benefit of the doubt and asked them “hey are u sure the energy is in there”, now I knew it wasn’t but I wanted to just give them a chance to fix it.
