Whoever manages this location does a particularly great job. This has been my favorite of the 7 or 8 locations I've been to around Frisco for years. They consistently make the drinks correctly, are extremely personable & kind, and I never have a long wait despite the crowds. Fave. 🥰
I normally would not leave a review or make a big deal out of something like this because I brush off a lot, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I visited this location on September 17 at approximately 1:20–1:25 PM. I paid for extra caramel in my large Frappuccino, and as shown in the photo, this was the amount of “extra caramel” I received after asking for it to be remade. I just stopped in after morning school drop off to get some work emails done and the barista asked if I wanted a cup for here and then brought me my eggs bites on a plate. Wow that’s a first! Definitely made an impression and made my morning!! Shout out to Chris!
I ordered my salted caramel coffee then got to the window and asked if I could get a shot of espresso. The lady at the window added it to the ticket but never told the lady making the drink. I watched her make the whole drink but never added the shot. So I was charged an extra 3 or so bucks and didn’t get my shot added. I wanted to say something but the line was long and didn’t want to hold anyone up so I figured I’d just write a review. So make sure you watch them make your drink from now on.
