Ive been getting coffee at this location which is 5 minutes from my home for 4 years. Never had an issue until the past week. Last week I was upcharged $.65 cents on a special coffee. I didn't realize it till I went back the next day and ordered the same drink at same location. The employee was empathetic and credited my coffee. Completely unexpected. This location was not busy though it was Black Friday night, we have plenty of options to drink and eat. Our order took just 5 mins to be ready. Starbucks is overrated as what I think but you might find more details on their website. Giving 4 stars.
Placed an order online and it only took a few minutes for my drink to be made once I arrived. I sat down to enjoy my coffee, but one of the staff members was loudly slamming items down and talking in a way that made it hard to relax. It was frustrating to try to sit in peace, so I ended up leaving. Hoping for a better experience next time.
